In 2009, aged 39, I joined a gym after becoming so unhappy with my weight. I worked with a personal trainer for 22 weeks, then carried on alone. Just over a year later I had lost 63 lbs and felt amazing. I fell in love with running and for a few years enjoyed a healthier life. A change in personal circumstances ended my healthy lifestyle, as I concentrated more on changing career.

Late on in 2014 I was back in the gym and out running twice a week, also reaching 86 lengths in the swimming pool in one visit! I was flying and loving every minute of it until 9th May 2015, when my life took a dramatic change.

After two life changing weight losses

it is a personal disappointment to have lost my love for the gym, even though it is to follow my dream of becoming a full time professional photographer. 

 

Although 2020 has turned into a very negative year, my confidence has grown significantly, and after almost 3 years I have started to believe in myself.

 

I have already been published over 20 times which I take great pride in, and it is a pleasure to see a young model really flourish after the two shoots we did to boost her portfolio.

 

The men & women in these images are all dedicated fitness enthusiasts, who either have or will compete in body building events.
